• Megurine Luka(巡音ルカ), codenamed CV03, is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed byCrypton Future Media, Inc., and was initially released in January 30, 2009 for theVOCALOID2engine. She is the third release of Crypton'sCharacter Vocal Seriesand is aCharacter VoiceVOCALOID. In March 2015, additional voicebanks and an upgrade to theVOCALOID4engine were released.

Ruko (ルコ) - Is both a masculine and feminine Japanese name. 65 - She used to bear the same body model 03 as her true counterpart, Megurine Luka at first. Just like with Teto vip@2ch (under the parody name CRIPTON) designed her as the probable CV03, the Character Vocal Series 03 from Crypton. Meiji is known for her high-quality vocals and human-like vocals. On July 2014, Sasaki Wataru (also known as Wat), Crypton Future Media VOCALOID developer and creator of Hatsune Miku, announced Meiji would be used in the development of Megurine Luka V4X as a template to bring out the unique qualities of Luka's voice provider, Asakawa Yu.
